As part of our digital strategy, we are refreshing our approach to CRM, and Dynamics is our platform of choice, to be built during FY25.

The new CRM and Data Executive will be responsible for translating business needs into technical requirements, as well as contributing ideas for future enhancements to the system. This role involves data governance and driving user adoption and engagement, including training and communication for all users. We require a well-organised individual who is curious, driven and has a passion for data, digital innovation and problem solving.

Key responsibilities include:

Personal and professional qualities:

  • Experience in working with Microsoft Dynamics as a CRM system.
  • Experience of working within a professional services environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful visualisations and reports, preferably using PowerBI.
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels and to be a confident communicator.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A keen interest in the business to develop a strong understanding of the role of Dynamics CRM and how the system and data can be best utilised.
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to multitask and effectively prioritise and manage own workload.
