Summary
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer with hands-on experience in Copilot Studio to design, build, and deploy intelligent business solutions. The role focuses on developing low-code applications, automating workflows, and creating conversational AI experiences that enhance business processes and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using:
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
- Power Automate (cloud flows, desktop flows)
- Power BI (desirable)
- Dataverse
- Build and deploy conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Integrate Copilot solutions with enterprise systems (Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, APIs, third-party platforms)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
- Implement automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes
- Develop reusable components, connectors, and templates
- Ensure solutions follow governance, security, and compliance standards
- Troubleshoot and optimise existing Power Platform and Copilot implementations
- Support ALM practices (pipelines, environment strategy, version controls)

- Designing conversational flows
- Creating and managing topics and generative answers
- Integrating copilots with Power Automate and APIs
- Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with:
- REST APIs

- Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions – desirable)
- Understanding of:
- Data modelling and Dataverse schema design
- Security roles and access controls
- Data Integration and Insights
- The ability to connect multiple data sources and generate actionable insights
- Familiarity with AI capabilities in Power Platform:

- Experience with:
- Solution lifecycle management (Dev/Test/Prod)
- CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub)
- Source control
- Ability to write and optimise expressions, formulas, and logic within Power Platform tools
- Basic knowledge of:

- JSON and API integrations

- Prompt design and conversation design best practices
- Managing fallback, escalation, and human handoff scenarios
- Ability to:
