About the Role

As a School Leaver Workforce Advisory Assistant, you'll join Crowe's fast-growing London Workforce Advisory team, helping clients maximise the value of their most important asset – their people.

The team supports UK and global employers with tax advisory and compliance matters, focusing on three key areas:

  • Employment Taxes
  • Global Mobility
  • Share Schemes and Reward Tax

You Will

  • Support a range of workforce tax advisory and compliance projects.
  • Work with UK and international employers.
  • Gain exposure to employment taxes, global mobility and share schemes.
  • Support clients with cross-border workforce matters.
  • Work alongside experienced specialists and advisers.
  • Develop technical tax knowledge and professional skills.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Contribute to delivering high-quality client service.

Alongside practical experience, you'll complete a fully funded 4-year ATT/CTA training contract.

Entry Requirements

  • BBC (112 UCAS points) from three A Levels (or equivalent).

Travel to client sites, Crowe offices and training events is required.
