An opportunity has arisen in our London office for an experienced corporate tax specialist who will enjoy a varied role working across the Social Purpose and Non‑Profit team. The candidate will be a senior tax resource working with a small number of Partners to deliver tax compliance and advisory services to our clients in an established and successful team. We are considering both Senior Manager and Director hires and there is the opportunity for career progression subject to business case.
Responsibilities & Skills & Experience Required
- Experienced corporate tax specialist with a focus on non‑profit tax.
- Client‑facing role that requires building and maintaining trusted client relationships.
- Providing tax technical support to other service lines within Crowe such as the audit business.
- Proven ability to manage complex tax projects and build long‑term client relationships.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Focus on marketing and business development to raise the profile of Crowe and our tax services in the external market, involving regional and national activity.
- Commercially astute, proactively identifying opportunities and delivering impact.
- People development and leadership skills. The candidate will have people leadership responsibility.
