Crowe UK’s Social Purpose and Non‑Profit team is a market‑leading, multi‑disciplinary practice with deep sector expertise, supporting charities and other NFP organisations across audit, tax, VAT and risk and advisory services.

Crowe’s national tax team comprises circa 260 individuals across a spectrum of taxes. Our size as a leading mid‑tier firm offers our people the opportunity to specialise or have areas of focus in specific markets.
Role
An opportunity has arisen in either of our London or Birmingham offices for an experienced corporate tax specialist who will enjoy a varied role working across the Social Purpose and Non‑Profit team.
The candidate will be a senior tax resource working to a small number of Partners in delivering tax compliance and advisory services to our clients in an established and successful team.
We are considering both Senior Manager and Director hires and there is the opportunity for career progression subject to business case.
Skills & experience required
- Experienced corporate tax specialist with a focus on non‑profit tax.
- Client facing role that will necessitate the need to build and maintain trusted client relationships.
- Providing tax technical support to other service lines within Crowe such as our audit business.
- Proven ability to manage complex tax projects and build long‑term client relationships.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A focus on marketing and business development in order to raise the profile of both Crowe and our tax services in the external market. This will involve both regional and national activity.
- Commercially astute, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and delivering impact.
