Our HR Advisory team provides a full HR service to our international clients. A key part of our service is the setting up and maintenance of global staff benefits schemes.

Requirements of role:

  • Reporting directly to the head of department, you will play a pivotal role in building and servicing our client base and contributing to the strategic development of the department – key responsibilities include:
  • Advise clients on the design, implementation, and ongoing governance of their international employee benefits programmes.
  • Track and advise clients on international regulatory requirements (mandatory pension and insurance schemes etc).
  • Develop benchmark intelligence on market norms and trending practices.
  • Manage third party relations with insurers, brokers and payroll teams.
  • Develop communication materials and support clients in employee engagement and change management.
  • Ensure benefits systems, processes, records and documentation are correctly configured and maintained.
  • Oversee the annual renewal cycle for international benefits plans, including pricing reviews, claims analysis, and provider performance assessments.
  • Support clients with escalated employee queries, complex claims, and provider issues.
  • Conduct regular client reviews to ensure benefits remain aligned with business objectives and budget.
  • Support clients with audits, risk assessments, and compliance reporting.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders at senior levels.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts.
  • Contribute to proposals, pitches, and thought leadership.
  • Line manage junior consultants and support team development.
  • Deliver internal projects to enhance tools, processes, and service delivery.

Who we require:

You will have a strong understanding of employee benefits, insurance structures and regulatory frameworks having had significant experience in the insurance or consulting sector (international exposure is desirable but not essential) and have the following strengths:

  • Commercially minded with a client centric approach.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • A proven ability to deliver time critical projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
