The team Crowe is looking for a dynamic school leaver to join our Maidstone (Kent) team. Our Business Solutions Group is a close-knit department wishing to expand due to growth and we\\\'re currently looking for the right individual to join us. Our team assists clients with their day-to-day accounting and tax issues, including accounts preparation, corporation tax returns, company secretarial, bookkeeping and VAT. The role is varied and will keep the right person busy and engaged, whilst providing a launch for your future career. We are looking for someone who wants to develop themselves within the workplace and personally, dealing with face-to-face contact with clients, and learning an entire spectrum of skills that will be of benefit to you in any accounting environment. You will be a key member of the team from day one and will get involved with client work, developing your strengths to add to our growing team.

The role While undertaking the school leaver business solutions group assistant position, you will complete a 4-year training contract, where you will study towards the AAT/ACA qualification, providing the foundations for your development and giving you the qualifications and tools you need to succeed in your career. Our programme will empower you to learn new skills as well as harness existing skills to work on multiple exciting projects as well as study towards your professional qualification.

Our entry requirements

  • BBC (or 112 UCAS points) from three A Levels (or equivalent)
  • GCSE grade 4 (C) or above in Maths and English Language

The ability to travel to clients and other offices is essential for the role, and a full UK driving license is preferred. Throughout your training programme, you will also be required to attend off-site external training, where overnight stays are necessary.
