The team

Our Audit team focuses on delivering a high-quality audit, responsive to the needs of the business. Auditing and financial reporting is at the core of financial governance for any organisation, and our audit team responds quickly to the ever-changing business climate. Applying a questioning mind and critically assessing information that organisations provide, you will demonstrate the ability to challenge, develop your skills to deliver independent insights, and apply high-quality audit expertise.

You will be a valued member of the Manchester team from day one and will get involved with client work quickly, exposing you to the depth of services that Crowe provides and the wide variety of organisations that we advise.

The role

Whilst undertaking the school leaver audit assistant position, you will complete a 4-year apprenticeship training contract, where you will study towards the ACA qualification, providing the foundations for your development and giving you the qualifications and tools you need to succeed in your career.

Our programme will empower you to learn new skills as well as harness existing skills to work on multiple exciting projects as well as study towards your professional qualification.

Our entry requirements

  • BBC (or 112 UCAS points) from three A Levels (or equivalent)
  • GCSE grade 4 (C) or above in Mathematics and English Language

The ability to travel to clients and other offices is essential for the role, and a full UK driving license is preferred. Throughout your training programme, you will also be required to attend off-site external training, where overnight stays are necessary.
