Key Responsibilities- Preparing and reviewing accounts for a varied portfolio of clients
- Assisting managers and partners on more complex assignments and technical matters
- Acting as a reliable point of contact for clients, handling queries in a professional and confident manner
- Supporting the preparation of personal and corporate tax returns as required
- Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team, contributing to their development
- Managing your own workload effectively and ensuring deadlines are consistently met
- ACA or ACCA qualified or part-qualified, with a solid background in accounts preparation
- At least three years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Proven experience preparing accounts for a range of client types to a high standard
- Good working knowledge of accountancy software such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional client-facing manner
