Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing a diverse portfolio of corporate tax clients, delivering both compliance and advisory services to a high standard.
  • Driving business development activity, identifying opportunities to grow the client base and expand service lines within the tax function.
  • Providing strategic tax planning advice to clients across a range of sectors, including complex and high‑value matters.
  • Mentoring, coaching, and developing junior and mid‑level members of the tax team to support their progression.
  • Collaborating with partners and other departments to deliver a joined‑up and commercially focused service to clients.

Requirements:

  • CTA and/or ACA qualified, or equivalent, with significant post‑qualification experience at a senior level.
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax legislation, with demonstrable experience in both compliance and advisory work.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships at Director level, with a track record of contributing to business development.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the confidence to influence at all levels and inspire a high‑performing team.
