Key Responsibilities- Managing and developing a portfolio of private clients, delivering high-quality personal tax compliance and advisory services
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building trusted long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to add value
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members, contributing to their technical development and overall performance
- Collaborating with partners on business development initiatives and the strategic growth of the private client function
- Overseeing the delivery of complex tax planning work, including trusts, estates, and high-net-worth individual matters
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Proven track record of managing a portfolio of private clients at a senior level
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Strong leadership qualities, with experience of developing and supporting junior staff
- CTA qualified (or equivalent), with a strong technical grounding in personal tax
