Private Client Tax Senior – Cardiff

Salary:£32,000 – £44,000 (Dependent on Experience)

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing a diverse portfolio of private clients, delivering high-quality compliance and advisory services, and supporting junior colleagues in their development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a varied portfolio of private clients, ensuring tax compliance and advisory work is delivered to a high standard
  • Preparing and reviewing self-assessment tax returns and related computations
  • Liaising with HMRC and clients on complex tax matters
  • Assisting with tax planning projects and advisory assignments
  • Supporting junior staff with technical queries and professional development

Skills & Experience:

  • ATT/CTA qualified (or working towards)
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a UK Practice environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of personal tax and related legislation
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload effectively
