Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and developing the Business Services department
  • Managing a varied portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted business advisor

  • Overseeing the preparation and review of statutory accounts and management information
  • Mentoring and developing senior managers and wider team members
  • Contributing to the firm’s strategic direction and operational decision-making
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Extensive experience within Business Services in an accountancy practice
  • Must have a minimum of 8 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Demonstrable experience managing a client portfolio
  • Strong leadership, communication, and commercial skills
