Key Responsibilities- Leading and developing the Business Services department
- Managing a varied portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted business advisor
- Driving business development initiatives and identifying growth opportunities
- Overseeing the preparation and review of statutory accounts and management information
- Mentoring and developing senior managers and wider team members
- Contributing to the firm’s strategic direction and operational decision-making
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Extensive experience within Business Services in an accountancy practice
- Must have a minimum of 8 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Demonstrable experience managing a client portfolio
- Strong leadership, communication, and commercial skills
