As Corporate Tax Assistant Manager, you will work closely with managers and partners to deliver a comprehensive range of corporate tax compliance and advisory services to a varied and stimulating portfolio of clients, whilst taking on increasing responsibility for client relationships and the mentoring of junior team members. Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the delivery of corporate tax compliance and advisory services across a varied client portfolio
- Preparing and reviewing corporate tax returns and computations to a high standard
- Advising on corporation tax, group structures, and reorganisations under the guidance of senior staff
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships as a trusted point of contact
- Identifying tax planning opportunities and communicating recommendations clearly to clients and partners
- Supervising and mentoring junior members of the corporate tax team
Requirements
- CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified with a solid corporate tax background gained within practice
- At least four years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Proven experience delivering corporate tax compliance and advisory work across a range of clients
- Strong technical knowledge of UK corporation tax legislation and current developments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident client‑facing manner
- A proactive and commercially minded approach with a genuine ambition to progress
