Key Responsibilities- Managing and developing a portfolio of business services clients, delivering accounts preparation, management accounts, and advisory support
- Leading, supervising, and mentoring junior team members to support their professional development
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact for day-to-day queries and strategic matters
- Contributing to the growth of the business services department through the identification of new opportunities and the delivery of excellent client service
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements across all client work
- ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with significant post-qualification experience in a practice environment
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Proven track record of managing client portfolios and delivering high-quality business services work
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team effectively
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or CCH
