This Accounts and Audit Senior job in Gerrards Cross provides an excellent opportunity for an experienced practice professional looking to progress their career within a respected and forward-thinking firm. You will work with a varied client base including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and growing companies across multiple sectors, gaining exposure to both accounts preparation and audit assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing statutory accounts for a range of clients including SMEs and owner-managed businesses
- Leading and assisting on audit assignments from planning through to completion
- Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team
- Preparing corporation tax computations and liaising with clients on financial matters
- Building strong client relationships and providing professional advice where appropriate
Requirements:
- ACA / ACCA qualified or part-qualified (or qualified by experience)
- Must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong knowledge of accounts preparation and audit processes
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple client assignments and meet deadlines
