Key Responsibilities- Managing and reviewing a portfolio of clients, delivering accounts, management accounts, and advisory services to a high standard
- Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong and lasting professional relationships
- Overseeing, mentoring, and supporting junior and semi-senior members of the team
- Assisting with workflow planning and ensuring deadlines are consistently met across the team
- Contributing to business development activity and identifying opportunities to grow the firm's client base
- ACA or ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience, with a strong technical foundation in business services
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Proven ability to manage a client portfolio and deliver work to a high standard under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- A proactive and commercially minded approach, with a genuine interest in client success and team development
