Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and delivering accounts and audit assignments across a varied client portfolio, ensuring technical quality and deadlines are met.
  • Leading, supervising and mentoring junior members of the team to support their development and maintain high standards of work.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact for queries and ongoing advisory work.

Requirements
  • ACA or ACCA qualified, with a strong academic and professional track record.
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • Proven experience at manager level or approaching manager level, with the ability to lead on assignments with confidence.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop lasting client relationships.
