Key Responsibilities- Managing and delivering accounts and audit assignments across a varied client portfolio, ensuring technical quality and deadlines are met.
- Leading, supervising and mentoring junior members of the team to support their development and maintain high standards of work.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact for queries and ongoing advisory work.
- Contributing to the growth and efficiency of the department, including involvement in workflow planning and process improvement.
- Supporting partners with ad hoc projects and business development activity as required.
- ACA or ACCA qualified, with a strong academic and professional track record.
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Proven experience at manager level or approaching manager level, with the ability to lead on assignments with confidence.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop lasting client relationships.
- Driven, organised and committed to delivering work to the highest standard.
