As Corporate Tax Manager, you will take ownership of a varied and stimulating portfolio of corporate clients, delivering high-quality compliance and advisory services across a broad range of tax matters. Working closely with partners and senior stakeholders, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of the tax offering, develop the team around you, and play a central role in the continued growth and success of this highly regarded firm. Key Responsibilities- Managing a portfolio of corporate clients across compliance and advisory services
- Advising on corporation tax, group structures, reorganisations, and tax planning matters
- Reviewing corporate tax returns and computations prepared by junior staff
- Developing and maintaining strong, trusted client relationships
- Mentoring junior and semi-senior members of the tax team
- Supporting partners with business development and proposals
- CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified with a strong corporate tax background gained within practice
- At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of corporate clients across compliance and advisory
- Strong technical knowledge of UK corporation tax and current legislative developments
- Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional client-facing manner
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach and a genuine desire to contribute to the firm's growth
