As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of clients, reviewing complex corporate tax returns, and providing advisory support on a wide range of issues including restructuring, R&D, and international tax. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients across various sectors
- Review corporate tax computations and returns prepared by junior staff
- Provide tax advisory services including R&D, group structuring, and international tax
- Support, mentor, and review the work of junior team members
- Liaise with HMRC and other external bodies as required
- Stay updated with changes in tax legislation and ensure compliance
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax
- Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise a diverse workload
