As Audit Manager, you will play a central role in leading a varied and high-quality portfolio of audit clients, overseeing engagements from planning through to completion, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. You will work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders, contributing to the continued growth and success of the practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and managing a portfolio of audit clients across a range of sectors, ensuring engagements are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Overseeing audit assignments from planning through to finalisation, including preparing and reviewing financial statements.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for clients and providing commercial, value-added advice.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and supporting junior and semi-senior team members to aid their professional development.
  • Liaising with Partners on technical matters and contributing to business development initiatives across the firm.
Requirements
  • ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with significant post-qualification experience in an audit-focused role.
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • Proven track record of managing audit engagements and leading teams to deliver high-quality work within agreed timeframes.
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS 102, and relevant auditing standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
