As Audit Senior, you will play a central role in delivering high-quality audit and assurance services to a varied portfolio of clients across a range of sectors, leading assignments from planning through to completion. Key Responsibilities:
- Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion across a varied client portfolio
- Preparing and reviewing audit files to the highest technical standards
- Supervising and coaching junior members of the team on audit assignments
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients throughout the audit process
- Communicating audit findings and recommendations clearly to managers and partners
- Keeping up to date with developments in UK auditing standards and financial reporting
Requirements:
- ACA or ACCA qualified, or close to qualification, with a strong audit background
- At least three years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Proven experience leading audit assignments and managing junior team members
- Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing standards and financial reporting frameworks
- Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional client-facing manner
- Well organised with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously
