Salary: £44,000 – £56,000 (Dependent on Experience)

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-focused environment, enjoys mentoring others, and is keen to take on new responsibilities within a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing year-end accounts and corporation tax returns
• Managing and supporting junior staff and trainees
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Assisting with workflow planning and job allocation
• Liaising with clients, providing proactive advice and solutions

Skills & Experience:

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• At least four years’ experience working within a UK Practice environment
• A proactive approach and commitment to client service
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Experience reviewing accounts and mentoring junior team members
