The role will involve leading audit assignments, managing client relationships, and supporting junior team members. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit assignments from planning through to completion
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support
• Liaise with clients to ensure effective communication and high-quality service
• Review financial statements and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Contribute to process improvements and team development

Requirements

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or finalist)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong technical knowledge and experience leading audits
• Must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• A proactive and motivated approach with a commitment to delivering excellence
