The role will involve leading audit assignments, managing client relationships, and supporting junior team members. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit assignments from planning through to completion
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support
- Liaise with clients to ensure effective communication and high-quality service
- Review financial statements and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Contribute to process improvements and team development
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or finalist)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong technical knowledge and experience leading audits
- Must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- A proactive and motivated approach with a commitment to delivering excellence
