Role Overview: Full‐time permanent role. You will work closely with tax partners on UK and cross‐border special and project based work, oversee larger or more complex compliance work, and lead business development initiatives.
Client Responsibilities:
- Lead UK and cross‐border tax advisory projects, reporting to tax partners.
- Oversee compliance work on larger or more complex clients.
- Develop relationships with clients and contacts.
- Identify opportunities to take additional services to clients (corporate taxes, VAT, personal taxes, payroll taxes, corporate finance support, etc.).
- Act in the Firm's best interests, maintaining integrity in all dealings.
- Understand and manage risk (reputational, operational, credit) and apply the Firm's risk management policies.
- Show a sense of urgency, delivering high quality work with speed, attention to detail, and quality.
- Apply a solution‐based approach to problem solving; conduct research to deliver solutions.
- Identify areas for improvement in the client's business processes and recommend solutions.
- Take primary responsibility for financial performance of client and project work.
