Purpose of the Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, the main purpose of this role is to support the project manager and Sparks team with administrative tasks and project completion across the firm. A significant focus will be on supporting the Innovation Programme.
The responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Sparks team in administering the Sparks project.
- Assisting with the firm\’s adoption of the Innovation Platform.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding departmental functions to aid project management.
- Exhibiting excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Coordinating with team members and stakeholders for project alignment.
- Maintaining project documentation and tracking milestones.
- Organizing meetings with the appropriate participants.
- Taking notes and recording action points to clarify next steps.
- Ensuring effective communication, both verbal and written.
- Supporting the creation of training content and aiding the Enablement team in delivery.
