Requirements of role:
Our HR Advisory team provide a full HR service to our international clients. A key part of our service is the setting up and maintenance of global staff benefits schemes. With the support of a team of senior HR professionals you will play a pivotal role in maintaining policy records, actioning staff changes and coordinating the input from our global brokers. We are a quickly growing department and therefore the role holder will also positively develop our processes and systems.
Who we require:
Previous experience in an insurance or HR compensation/benefits role whilst desirable is not essential - ultimately, we are looking for a candidate who has good organisational and customer service skills, with strong attention to detail. The role is part of a new team which we anticipate will expand rapidly to meet client demand. Given the opportunities for development and career progression we want to invest in candidates that offer potential and can grow with us.
Skills:
- Competent PC skills (MS Office, particularly Word and Excel)
- Strong written and spoken English
