Role Purpose
Maintain the company’s receipt cash book and ensure that all receipts moving through the company's bank accounts are matched to a corresponding transaction in the accounting system.
Core Responsibilities
- Download the daily bank statements and post receipts (customer payments) and reconcile to the Bank statement and General Ledger.
- Investigate any discrepancies and resolve unidentified transactions.
- Monitor bank balances to avoid overdraft fees or interest charges.
- Prepare timely bank reconciliations.
- Assist with PDM billing.
- Undertake ad hoc tasks as required from time to time to assist in the general running of the department.

- Experience working in a finance team.
- Strong customer service focus and the ability to build effective working relationships within the finance team, other employees, partners and external clients.
- Attention to detail and identifying discrepancies.
