Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a sector‑agnostic corporate client portfolio, ensuring regulatory requirements and professional standards are adhered to.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted business adviser across all matters relating to your portfolio.
- Manage a team of 30+ Audit & Accounts staff (from apprentices to managers), providing coaching, training, continuous development and technical support.
- Collaborate with partners and colleagues across the firm to recognise cross‑selling opportunities.
- Participate in business development, attend networking events and identify growth opportunities.
- Contribute to the firm’s vision and transformation project.
Qualifications & Experience
- ACCA or ACA qualified accountant with a proven track record as an Audit & Accounts Manager.
- Experience managing large client portfolios and leading teams in an accountancy environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and exceptional communication skills.
- Proactive, flexible and open‑minded – able to thrive in a changing, technology‑embracing firm.
- Previous exposure to cross‑selling or business development is an advantage.
