We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Developer/Administrator to join our Data & Insights team. In this role, you will:
- Configure Dynamics 365 modules.
- Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate flows.
- Assist with data migration and integration tasks.
- Provide first-line support and troubleshooting.
- Document processes and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Develop custom plugins and workflows using C# and .NET.
- Implement JavaScript for client-side customisations and UI enhancements.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems via APIs and middleware.
- Optimise system performance and ensure security compliance.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
- Maintain version control and follow ALM best practices using tools like Azure DevOps.
- Liaise with third-party support teams.
