- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of strategic opportunities aligned to regional growth priorities and forecast commitments.
- Support platform expansion opportunities across the CrowdStrike portfolio, including cross-sell and upsell initiatives that increase customer value and long-term recurring revenue.
- Develop and Execute Joint Business Plans
- Develop and execute strategic Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that align partner investment with CrowdStrike’s regional growth objectives.
- Translate strategic priorities into measurable execution plans with clear KPIs around pipeline generation, bookings growth, partner activation, enablement, demand generation and executive engagement.
- Regularly assess business performance and adapt plans to maximise growth opportunities and market impact.
- Drive accountability across both organisations to ensure successful execution of agreed initiatives.
- Activate the Field and Generate Demand
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market initiatives that create qualified pipeline and accelerate partner-led revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Marketing to build integrated demand generation campaigns, executive events, industry programmes and regional sales plays.
- Drive joint account planning across strategic customers, aligning CrowdStrike and partner sales teams around target accounts and growth opportunities.
- Increase field engagement by creating repeatable sales motions, facilitating introductions and enabling stronger collaboration between regional sales teams.
- Strengthen Strategic Partner Relationships
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships across executive, sales, technical, services, marketing and alliance organisations within assigned partners.
- Build strong executive sponsorship and establish regular strategic interlocks that strengthen alignment, remove barriers and accelerate business outcomes.
- Serve as the primary point of coordination for strategic initiatives between CrowdStrike and assigned partners across Europe.
- Influence senior stakeholders to increase commitment, investment and executive visibility around joint growth priorities.

- Work with partner leadership to expand CrowdStrike-powered services and managed offerings that drive customer adoption and partner profitability.
- Identify opportunities to grow partner capabilities through enablement, certification, solution development and services alignment.
- Support strategic initiatives that increase adoption of Falcon Flex and accelerate platform consolidation across enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with Product, Services and Solution Engineering teams to enable differentiated partner-led customer outcomes.
