About the Role:

We are seeking a high-impact, AI thinking, strategic Regional Marketing Manager – UK&I to support the execution of our marketing strategy across UK&I. This role is critical to accelerating regional growth, strengthening market presence, and driving measurable pipeline contribution across our UK&I region. The successful candidate will act as the primary marketing contact for the region, executing local events, developing demand generation campaigns and day to day liaison with the local sales team.

What You'll Do:

  • Execute the regional marketing strategy for UK&I aligned to pipeline targets and territory priorities.
  • Drive UK market development programmes, adapting strategies and campaigns to market maturity, competitive dynamics, and emerging growth opportunities.
  • Increase brand awareness, market penetration, and customer engagement across the region.
  • Provide strategic input into regional business planning and go-to-market strategy.
  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
  • Design and execute integrated marketing programs to drive pipeline creation, acceleration, and measurable revenue contribution.
  • Partner with Regional Sales Directors and their teams to support territory plans and strategic account priorities.
  • Ensure strong execution across field marketing initiatives, executive engagements, regional events and campaigns.
  • Manage program performance end-to-end, including KPI tracking, reporting, and ROI optimisation.
  • Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics for regional programs.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness, pipeline impact, and marketing contribution to revenue.
  • Analyse competitive activity and market trends to continuously refine strategy.
  • Deliver regular executive-level reporting on regional marketing performance.

What You'll Need:

  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience within enterprise technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, or related industries.
  • Proven experience managing multi-tactical regional marketing programs.
  • Strong track record of aligning marketing strategy to sales execution and revenue outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of marketing’s part in generating pipeline that turns into revenue.
  • Experience operating in partner-led or indirect go-to-market environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale marketing impact in growth or emerging markets.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring pipeline and revenue contribution.
  • Experience with CRM, event tools and marketing reporting platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zuddl, Tableau).
  • Fluent English required.
  • Willingness to travel within the region.
