What You'll Do:

  • Leadership & Team Management: Direct line management of Corporate SE team, including performance reviews, coaching, and professional development. Drive team success through strategic resource allocation and goal setting. Establish and maintain team KPIs aligned with company objectives. Implement and optimize team processes and methodologies. Nurture and develop a true collaborative environment.
  • Technical Sales Leadership: Guide complex technical sales cycles and Proof of Value (PoV) evaluations. Develop and execute technical sales strategies. Collaborate with Sales leadership to maximize revenue opportunities. Oversee technical training programs for sales staff and partners. Synergize with Marketing for delivering impactful campaigns. Scale our sales specialists teams becoming a multiplier force.
  • Customer & Partner Engagement: Drive technical solution design and architecture discussions. Ensure customer success through pre-sales technical support. Build and maintain strategic partner relationships. Represent CrowdStrike at industry events and executive meetings.

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience in cybersecurity
  • 3+ years of people management experience, including remote teams
  • Deep understanding of enterprise security architecture and threat landscape
  • Proven track record of driving complex technical sales cycles
  • Experience with security tools, malware analysis, and threat detection
  • Strong executive presence and presentation skills
  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Advanced understanding of cyber security, threat detection, and incident response
  • Familiarity with attack frameworks, exploitation techniques, and threat actors
  • Knowledge of security tools, MITRE ATT&CK, and industry best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, Security+, CEH)
  • Experience with CrowdStrike products and services
  • Background in enterprise software sales
  • MBA or technical advanced degree
