About The Role
As a Product Designer III, you will be a part of a global Product Design team collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, design architects, designers and producers to deliver the best possible experience for our customers. Weโre looking for an experienced designer with a track record of creating end-to-end design solutions, who is strategic and hands-on, and who can make high-level design decisions in collaboration with various teams to deliver on the next-gen for our products.

What You\\\’ll Do
- Build cross-team consensus to solve complex problems and create alignment around business goals.
- Partner with product management and engineering to execute on all projects.
- Scope project work and understand the tradeoffs between short-term delivery needs and long-term product goals.
- Champion design-thinking to deliver end-to-end design solutions.
- Promote the use of our design system to ensure product consistency.
- Produce high-quality creative solutions to complex problems based on research and goals.
- Create clear user flows, specs, and prototypes for user interfaces.
- Use storytelling concepts that bring the user and problem to solve to the forefront when sharing design work.
- Organize content and information and expand existing components with a focus on user goals, usability, and accessibility.
- Promote a culture of collaboration and inclusive decision-making.
- Provide input for members of the team through work reviews, documentation, and technical guidance.
- Develop knowledge of all CrowdStrike features and services in order to drive consistency and cohesive solutions.
- Lead ideation activities to help define scope.
Experience With The Following Will Be Required
- Enterprise Saas Products
- Figma
- Design systems
- Creating and designing for user personas
- End-to-end user experience processes and workflows, including user research, user journeys, task analysis, information architecture, wireframing and prototyping
- All areas of Product Design, including research and writing
Experience or familiarity (preferred but not required)
- The cybersecurity industry
- Community-building or education
- Designing for multiple platforms (web, desktop, mobile)
- Engineering frameworks and ecosystems (Web Components, React, Ember, etc)
- Figma DevMode
