CrowdStrike Services is seeking a Platform Professional Services Sr. Consultant specialised in AI for Detection and Response who would be responsible for the planning, deployment, implementation, and operational support of the CrowdStrike platform’s AI capabilities. This role will focus specifically on leveraging Falcon’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies to enhance threat detection, automate response workflows, and maximise security outcomes for customers.
The Platform Professional Services Senior Consultant will have responsibility for all aspects of the deployment from the initial customer engagement, planning, installation, optimisation/utility and follow-on customer support for the CrowdStrike platform's AI-powered detection and response capabilities.
What You'll Do:
- Providing technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance with the deployment of Falcon's AI-powered detection and response capabilities.
- Assist customers in optimising AI-driven threat detection models and automated response workflows.
- Configure and tune machine learning algorithms to reduce false positives while maintaining high detection efficacy.
- Develop and implement AI-driven automation playbooks for security operations.
- Troubleshoot AI-related customer issues across small to large enterprises.
- Develop scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIs to enhance AI capabilities.
- Work closely with customers to interpret AI-generated alerts and findings.
- Leverage CrowdStrike's AI capabilities to enhance vulnerability prioritisation and asset management.
- Assist customers with integrating Falcon's AI capabilities into their existing security tools and workflows.
- Support Incident Response teams with AI-powered threat hunting and forensic analysis.
- Develop and lead AI skills workshops for the Platform Professional Services team.
- Work collaboratively with the Platform Professional Services team to develop customer-facing AI collateral.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline, and 8 years of experience performing IT deployments or in an end user/customer environment.
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, particularly in cybersecurity applications.
- Strong understanding of software deployment technologies.
- Very knowledgeable on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
- Experience with AI-powered security tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of data science principles and their application to security operations.
- Experience with security automation and orchestration platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Skillful communication and effective ability to build collaborative relationships.
- Strong experience presenting technical AI content to various audiences.
- Strong experience in computer and network systems security.
- Solid analytical/problem solving skills with capability to identify solutions to unusual and complex problems.
- Proactive and thorough ability to manage work and prioritize customer projects.
