About the Role: We are seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer to join the AISOAR platform team at CrowdStrike. AISOAR is the CrowdStrike platform on which the modern SOC is established, encompassing numerous platform service areas across the platform engineering team. This position is critical to providing discoverability and search capabilities for CrowdStrike content to our customers, ensuring the seamless integration of cybersecurity solutions for our global customer base. The successful candidate will be responsible for both the technical implementation and the operational excellence of our marketplace platform, working with cutting-edge security technologies and cloud-native solutions. Over time, the scope of this role will expand to include contributions to various other AISOAR platform-related services.

About the Team: You'll be part of a dynamic platform engineering organization that drives innovation across multiple platform features. Working directly with Cloud Platform Engineers to enhance our discoverability solutions for the AISOAR platform to provide the content platform for Agents and workflows. Our team culture emphasizes innovation, knowledge sharing, and technical excellence while maintaining a strong focus on security best practices.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and implement platform features that support marketplace integrations using our Foundry platform
  • Lead technical implementations from concept through deployment and sustainment
  • Innovate on platform features by identifying key customer needs and working with internal teams
  • Respond to service vulnerability indicators and test the service in pre-production before deployment to production
  • Analyze and resolve complex platform issues using advanced monitoring tools
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity partners to ensure successful integrations
  • Drive platform improvements through data-driven decisions and customer feedback
  • Maintain high availability and performance of a mix of platform services
  • Participate in on-call rotation on a monthly rotation basis

What You'll Need:

  • 8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles
  • Demonstrated expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS/GCP)
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or equivalent languages
  • Deep understanding of API architectures and integration patterns
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and EDR/XDR solutions
  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
