About the Role:

The security landscape is constantly changing and we're focusing much of that change through CrowdStrike's Next-Gen SIEM platform. We are seeking a visionary leader to join the team that is redefining how global enterprises gain visibility into their security posture, identify critical threats, and architect mission-critical security systems.

As a Principal Product Manager for Falcon Next-Gen SIEM, you will be a cornerstone of innovation, defining the global vision for ingesting and analyzing massive data volumes from diverse partner ecosystems. Your mission: Drive the long-term organizational strategy for scalable data onboarding ecosystems and Next-Gen SIEM integration pipelines, positioning CrowdStrike as the definitive leader in the SIEM market through architectural influence and strategic execution.

This role is open to candidates within 30-miles of our UK London Office (1 Finsbury Avenue) only.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and own the global product vision and multi-year strategy for the Next-Gen SIEM platform, driving market-leading innovation. Identify, define, and prioritize 3rd party data connectors based on market research and customer demand. Influence broad platform architecture and align Data Services, Engineering, and Sales Ops on critical performance SLOs and scalable use cases.
  • Customer Experience: Dissect complex, ill-defined, and ambiguous problems into clear, actionable company-wide milestones and scalable initiatives. Advocate for and define operational standards, such as data freshness and ingestion SLOs, to improve security outcomes globally. Mentor other Product Managers and engineers, driving retrospectives and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.
  • Partnership & Ecosystem: Enable partners to develop Next-Gen SIEM integrations, expanding our ecosystem. Collaborate with marketing to communicate data source value and breach prevention capabilities. Foster stakeholder collaboration to deliver Data Connectors exceeding customer expectations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bridge engineering teams and business partners, ensuring alignment with objectives and vision. Transform customer, partner, and internal insights into innovative product requirements. Empower support and services teams with streamlined processes for operational efficiency.
  • Innovation & Growth: Work with globally distributed teams to enhance Log Management capabilities. Drive entrepreneurial initiatives creating incremental value for long-term platform success. Investigate emerging technologies, systems, and tools.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience & Expertise: Expert-level experience in B2B organizations leading strategy for large-scale distributed systems and high-availability architecture. Proven ability to drive organizational cultural change and advocate for high operational standards across the product organization. Proven track record managing and building product integrations with partners. Demonstrated success working with remote teams across multiple time zones.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills: Background in Cybersecurity, Log Management, DevOps, or Business Development. Strong quantitative and business analysis capabilities. Technical understanding of distributed systems, search languages, NLP API models, data analytics, or data logging. Ability to prioritize and execute multiple simultaneous tasks. Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to translate and articulate technical positioning effectively. Proven collaboration with research, engineering, and product marketing teams. Curiosity and ability to investigate new technologies.
  • Other Requirements: Up to 15% travel to customer and CrowdStrike locations worldwide. BA/BS degree in applicable field or equivalent experience (Master's preferred).
