Counter Adversary Operations Specialist Sales Manager (Remote, GBR)

About The Role:
The Counter Adversary Operations role redefines intelligence, threat hunting, and advanced security operations. As a Specialist Sales Manager for the Counter Adversary business, you will help customers solve tough business and security challenges while driving growth for a core CrowdStrike differentiator. You will engage in value-oriented conversations with CISOs and security leaders to position our threat hunting, intelligence, SIEM enrichment, and detection engineering capabilities.
Your job is to build out your territory and maximize market adoption. This position offers uncapped income potential in a market segment that impacts people, processes, and technologies and drives differentiation for the CrowdStrike platform.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify, develop, and execute account strategy to close new business opportunities and expand revenue with customers across the assigned region; independently and cooperatively.
- Scope, negotiate, and bring to closure agreements to exceed booking and revenue quota targets.
- Target and gain access to decision makers in key prospect accounts in the assigned territory.
- Establish access and maintain relationships with key decision makers (typically at CIO, CISO, Director/VP level) to drive sales strategy and revenue attainment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Field Sales, Channels & Alliances, Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales Engineering, Services, Customer Support, Product Management) to create visibility with target accounts and drive engagement of prospects at both individual contributor and executive levels.
- Work with partners to leverage their account presence and relationships.
- Capture and maintain accurate prospect information using Salesforce.com.
What You’ll Need:
- 4+ years of high achievement selling enterprise platform solutions into cybersecurity-related markets (Cyber threat intelligence, threat hunting, adversary emulation, SIEM, cybersecurity).
- Ability to adapt, thrive and excel in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical stakeholders and executive decision makers.
- Experience owning and running the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close with a disciplined approach/methodology (MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, Challenger, Sandler, etc).
- Comfortable selling in a team environment; collaborate with peers in the CrowdStrike sales organization.
- History of exceeding goals and sales quotas.
- Consultative sales approach with the ability to challenge companies to think differently and provide thought leadership.
- Hunter’s mindset to proactively uncover and develop new opportunities with cold accounts and existing business customers.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Self-starter who can work independently but is also team-oriented.
- Excellent problem resolution skills.
