CrowdStrike is seeking a Renewals Account Manager to be part of a team responsible for ensuring that our customers are successful and thriving with our next generation endpoint technology. You will proactively collaborate with the partner and the customer—focusing on driving on-time renewals and growing our ARR. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success, organization and discipline, and hail from a SaaS or security company. You will need to be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, as well as a creative problem solver.
Responsibilities
- Manage the contract renewal cycle.
- Provide quotes to channel partners.
- Ensure delivery of quote to end customer.
- Consult with partner and customer to answer any questions.
- Manage process through booking.
- Communicate the value of CrowdStrike products to ensure growth in licenses and per endpoint revenue.
- Collaborate with the Account Manager to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding expectations in an individually focused, quota-carrying role.
- Balance a wide variety of daily tasks and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment across multiple engagements.
- Demonstrate technical aptitude and the ability to learn new concepts quickly.
- Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills through email, conference calls, and internal meetings.
- Be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Display a curious nature with a desire to learn and a competitive spirit.
- Handle objections and negotiations with confidence.
