  • Brainstorm, define and build collaboratively with members across multiple teams.
  • Obsess about learning, and champion the newest technologies & tricks with others, raising the technical IQ of the team.
  • Mentor other developers on web, backend, and data storage technologies and our system.
  • Continuously re‑evaluate our product to improve architecture, knowledge models, user experience, performance, and stability.
  • Own work autonomously in a high‑trust environment.
  • What You’ll Need
  • Degree in Computer Science (or professional experience in data structures/algorithms/distributed systems).
  • Understanding of scalability and distributed systems (sharding, partitioning, concurrency, etc.).
  • Team player who is a thorough understander of engineering best practices—from testing paradigms to effective peer code reviews and resilient architecture.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, test‑driven, collaborative, and iterative programming environment.
  • The skill to meet your commitments on time and produce high‑quality software that is unit tested, code reviewed, and checked in regularly for continuous integration.
  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision‑making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes.
  • Bonus Points
  • Contributions to the open‑source community (Git Hub, Stack Overflow, blogging).
  • Existing exposure to Go or C++, Scala, AWS, Cassandra, Kafka, Elasticsearch, etc.
  • Prior experience in the cybersecurity or intelligence field.
  • Experience in thinking about, designing, or implementing programming languages and/or compilers.
  • Interesting hobbies.
