**About the Role:**This role is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring HRBP Specialist/Generalist, to learn grow and develop their HR skills/capability/knowledge within a rapidly growing global company, where you can help to influence the HR practices as the business continues to scale. As a member of the EMEA HR Team, you will be working with our HR Business Partners, on the development, implementation, and administration of the following human resource functions: Talent Management, Employment Relations, Performance Management, Engagement, Employee Development, Recognition, Compensation and Compliance.You will enjoy working in a hybrid model, spending time in the Reading office (2-3 days per week), to create a strong presence and meaningful partnerships with your key stakeholders including the wider HR team. This role requires strong attention to detail, exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task and maintain the highest level of integrity.
