The Role: This is a high-volume execution and strategy role. You will manage 10+ social accounts across the hospitality and experience sectors. Our creative team handles the heavy lifting on video and design; you handle the platform strategy, distribution, and community.
The Responsibilities:
- Full Ownership: Scheduling, posting, and managing calendars for 10+ clients.
- Community: Daily story posting and replying to comments/DM. No ghosting.
- Copywriting: Writing captions that actually convert, tailored to each brand’s voice.
- Optimization: Constant A/B testing of captions, hashtags, and reel formats.
- Agile Content: Filming on-the-fly content or quick edits when a trend drops.
