The Role
We're looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team and support the delivery of campaigns across a variety of channels. You'll work across email marketing, partnerships, social media, and events to help drive engagement and extend our reach. You'll manage and send email campaigns through our CRM, ensuring communications are timely, accurate, and engaging. You'll collaborate with partners to promote our educational resources, building relationships that extend our reach. On social media, you'll support content creation and scheduling to maintain a consistent presence across channels. You'll also help coordinate and deliver events, handling logistics and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with digital marketing activities, such as email campaigns, advertising and social media scheduling.
- Work with a database of partners to enable them to promote our webinars, content and resources.
- Support event coordination for webinars and in-person events including logistics, supplier liaison, and on-site assistance.
- Assist in creating marketing content such as newsletters, case studies, and product videos.
- Support general marketing operations.
About You
You will have strong written communication skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for working with external partners.

- Interest in developing design and video editing skills (Adobe tools are a bonus, not required).
- Experience in email marketing platforms/CRMs such as HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar.
- Strong copywriting ability.
- Comfortable with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.
In return:
- Salary: £28,000-£30,000 per annum
- Hours: Full time
- Flexible location: We have offices in Newquay and Bridport and offer hybrid working from either office. Fully remote with occasional travel to meet the team in the South West will also be considered. Everyone meets in-person four times a year for our team away days.
