We’re looking for a creative, data-driven marketer to own investor engagement across email, content and social.
You’ll lead the email marketing programme that drives awareness and participation in investment opportunities, while supporting the content and Linked In strategy that supports our wider investor and company-raising narrative.
This is a cross-channel role spanning our key marketing verticals.
- What You Will Be Doing
- Own end-to-end email marketing for investor communications, covering investment opportunities and lifecycle/retention journeys (Braze experience required).
- Plan and execute campaign calendars that balance always-on automation with timely, deal-driven sends.
- Write and brief compelling copy for email and landing pages adapting tone for different investor segments and stages of the journey.
- Support wider content creation; blogs, investor updates and campaign assets. Working with the wider marketing team where needed.
- Segment and target investor audiences using behavioural and transactional data to improve relevance and conversion.
- Work closely with product, design and data to align messaging with the customer journey and experience.
- Report on campaign and channel performance, sharing insights and recommendations to continually improve engagement, retention and investor KPIs.
- Utilising AI to drive investor insights, influence behaviour and create new campaigns and content
- Ideally you will have
- At least 3-5 years experience in a marketing role spanning email and CRM.
- A strong portfolio of email campaigns you've planned, written and executed
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills, comfortable adapting tone across channels and audiences
- Confidence working with audience segmentation, targeting and campaign reporting
- A quick-learning, problem-solving mindset, eager to grow within a B2C role
- A can-do attitude and great interpersonal skills
- Experience with Braze
- Experience working in a tech or product-led business
- Hands-on experience supporting a company Linked In presence (beneficial)
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong troubleshooting skills.
- Extremely organised with the ability to prioritise your own workload and manage your time effectively.
