Crowd2Fund is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Originations and Placement team as a Broker Relations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating a flow of investment opportunities for Crowd2Fund’s (C2F) registered investors, acting as a conduit between C2F’s broker network, internal teams within C2F, and clients (businesses borrowing from investors).

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management
    • Act as the primary relationship manager for Crowd2Fund’s panel of brokers, maintaining strong partnerships and ensuring a steady flow of opportunities.
    • Onboard new brokers and provide ongoing support to maximise engagement.
    • Monitor broker performance and maintain a 2-way feedback loop.
    • Build relations with directors of businesses listing on the platform and act as a guide through the C2F process.
  • Sales
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities through brokers and direct channels.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for inbound sales inquiries, providing clear and timely responses.
    • Nurture inbound direct sales inquiries and convert leads to direct deals on the platform.
    • Represent Crowd2Fund within the industry, raising awareness of our investment and lending solutions.
    • Communicate and negotiate offers with clients, working closely with the Credit team to make the right terms.
    • Support clients through the crowdfunding process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
    • Work towards key sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
    • Stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes that may impact the business.
  • Administrative
    • Draft and manage key documentation, including client offer letters and broker referral agreements.
    • Track and report sales performance against KPIs, providing insights to senior management.
    • Liaise with internal teams, including Credit, Campaigns, Finance, and Support, throughout the deal lifecycle.
    • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring all broker and client interactions are logged correctly.
    • Assist in refining sales strategies and improving internal processes.
    • Build sales projections and manage data within the sales pipeline to drive insights and decisions.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or related fields, preferably within the fintech, financial services, or technology sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with IT systems and tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot is highly preferred.
