A cutting-edge experiential design studio known for its bold creativity and immersive storytelling is seeking a dynamic Studio Manager to join their London team. Specialising in crafting high-concept exhibitions, events, and activations, our client collaborates with some of the world’s most prestigious luxury and lifestyle brands to create unforgettable experiences. With a reputation for pushing creative boundaries, this highly respected studio is growing and looking for a proactive, detail-driven Studio Manager to help streamline operations and support their visionary team. Working closely with the company’s Directors, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless running of the studio, overseeing everything from space and facilities management to event coordination and client interactions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the smooth daily operation of the London studio
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all administrative and office-related matters
  • Provide diary management and travel coordination for senior team members
  • Maintain office and facilities management to a high standard
  • Oversee health and safety compliance for the studio
  • Manage office supplies, including stationery and studio resources
  • Arrange and manage meeting rooms, including direct client interaction
  • Assist in organising events and company socials
  • Ensure a warm and welcoming front-of-house experience, greeting visitors professionally

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a creative or luxury design environment
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in Apple Mac software is highly desirable
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and positive approach
  • Strong communication skills with a polished and professional demeanour
