The Crowd are working with a global and highly desirable architecture and design practice that are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join their growing team in London. In this role, you will take the lead in implementing and overseeing quality control processes and risk assessments throughout the practice. Your focus will be to ensure all deliverables consistently meet or exceed expectations, aligning with ISO standards, environmental regulations, and broader practice goals. Collaborating closely with Senior Leadership, Project Leads, and wider team members, you will play a pivotal role in fostering clear and effective communication at every stage of projects.
This role also includes carrying out internal and external audits as well as liaising with the H&S platform to understand regulation, ensuring the company is fully compliant and constantly evolving. In addition to a supportive and welcoming culture, they offer 3 days a week working from home, increasing annual leave with service, generous maternity and paternity leave, income protection, travel insurance and a strong pension scheme. Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with ISO standards across projects and processes
- Oversee audits, internal reviews, and root cause analysis to address nonconformities and drive improvements
- Monitor environmental practices, legal requirements, and sustainability initiatives
- Set and evaluate quality and environmental objectives aligned with business goals
- Refine project documentation processes to ensure delivery of verified, high-quality outputs
- Liaise with Croner H&S to stay informed on H&S legislative updates
- Contribute towards weekly Management System meetings
- Previous experience managing ISO Quality and Environmental Management Systems
- Skilled in audits, risk assessments, and overseeing quality control processes of environmental regulations and sustainable practices
- Excellent communication skills for working with teams, management, and auditors
- Leadership experience in supporting teams and improving documentation processes
- Relevant Quality Assurance qualification is preferred
