The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the built environment and will have InDesign and Microsoft Office proficiency. Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify leads and opportunities for new projects and bids
  • Ensure all bids are executed promptly, following the practice’s standards
  • Manage SQ and tender responses by communicating with sub-consultants
  • Ensure submissions are well written, within scope and branded
  • Ensure all bids are supported with collateral documents
Key Skills/Requirements:
  • Experience in a bid coordinator position within the built environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite required, and CRM/ERP/PIM systems are preferable
  • Excellent analytical and prioritisation skills
