A leading creative studio specialising in immersive brand experiences is looking for a Junior Creative Producer to join their growing project team. Working across installation-based work, live events, and high-profile brand activations, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–3 years’ experience in a creative, experiential, or brand-focused environment who is ready to take the next step in their career.

You will play a key role in supporting senior producers while taking ownership of your own workstreams – from researching concepts and contributing to early creative discussions to managing timelines, coordinating suppliers, and ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest standard. This role is well suited to someone energetic, organised, culturally curious, and excited by fast-paced, hands-on project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior producers in the delivery of installations, events, and brand activations
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and general coordination
  • Conduct cultural and creative research, contributing ideas and inspiration to the wider team
  • Liaise confidently with internal creatives, external suppliers, and client teams
  • Help prepare presentations, decks, and documentation
  • Manage workstreams independently, ensuring tasks are delivered accurately and on time
  • Coordinate logistics for installs, events, and onsite activity when required

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • 2–3 years’ experience within a creative, experiential, or luxury brand experience agency
  • Strong understanding of project workflows from concept to final delivery
  • Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, able to build strong relationships with clients, creatives, and suppliers
  • Ability to multitask across several live projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Genuine interest in design, culture, luxury brands, and experiential work
  • Comfortable working with project management tools, budgets, schedules, and tracking systems
  • A positive, hands-on attitude and willingness to support wherever needed
