About The Role: Our client, a mid-to-large-sized design practice is looking for a Head of Business Development and Marketing to join their social and friendly London team. In this role, you will work closely with the founding directors to elevate and push the brand beyond its already successful position in the industry. You will lead on shaping and driving high-level marketing and business development strategies, all with the common goal of winning new business and expanding the company’s reach. The ideal candidate will bring significant experience from the design, engineering, or built environment sectors, along with the strategic mindset and leadership skills to confidently manage and inspire a small team.
